Raised by immigrant parents in the Midwest set the course for me in life. I lived my goal of serving as a military physician and ultimately achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force prior to focusing on family life. Nurtured by my parents, I believe in holistic approach in patient care. Although a subspecialists, I know the relationship between the mind, body and spirit is vital to the patient care. This is the core of my approach to the patient care. Living extensively throughout America and experiences from overseas deployments, I saw commonalty the to achieve a “Goodlife” in most. That is one of the main reasons I am a gastroenterologist, I appreciate the opportunity to see a diverse population and illnesses with a goal of achieving optimal GI health for you and your loved ones.
